Nursing Home Compare   This tool has detailed information about every Medicare and Medicaid-certified nursing home in the country. Compares the quality of nursing homes using the Five-Star Quality Ratings, health inspection results.

OSHA Ergonomic Guidelines   OSHA issued an ergonomics guideline for the nursing home industry on March 13, 2003. To develop the guidelines OSHA reviewed existing ergonomics practices and programs, State OSHA programs, as well as available scientific information.
